Subsequent to incorporation of the Town of Bristol's urban hamlet area located in the northwest corner of the Town, the new Village of Bristol subsequently annexed the all remaining Town areas. The Village of Pleasant Prairie contested this annexation in court, believing it to violate the communities' 1997 agreement. This amendment to that 1997 agreement resolves the communities' dispute over Bristol's annexation and slightly expands the Village of Pleasant Prairie's 1997 growth area.
