Cooperative Plan to add territory and population to the Village of Kekoskee to enable the Village to have sufficient population to operate as a village. This Cooperative Plan was found to be invalid by the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Pursuant to subsequent direction from the Dodge County Circuit Court on remand, the Department invalidated the cooperative plan on August 19, 2021 as well as the ordinance which had subsequently attached Town of Williamstown territory to the Village of Kekoskee.
