Agreement providing for shared sewer services between the city and town, including costs and responsibilities. The city will reimburse the town for areas lost to annexation, and further agrees to provide service to certain town areas without requiring annexaiton. This agreement also creates a dispute resolution process between the two communities. Term is indefinite. Replaced by the communities' 1985 agreement.
