Attachment pursuant to WI Stats. s.66.307 Cooperative Plan Agreement. The Village attorney's 01/28/21 email noted a corrected discrepancy in the approved document's legal description for the area attached as described in Exhibit B-6; the new description appears to only describe lands in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 29 T10N R20E accordingly. The Village's attorney subsequently informed the State that there are other errors in the submitted document that needs further corrections; corrections pending as of 02/01/21. On 03/29/2021, Village's attorney submitted a "Correction Instrument" recorded by the Washington County ROD that provided a newly corrected legal description for the lands transferred per Exhibit B-6. Only Correction Instrument and new legal description pages were appended to the front of the prior filing document for this filing as of 03/30/2021. - Jim Y.
