The effective date of the initial attachment of the privately-owned lands was 09/24/2023. On 06/04/2024, the Town of Burke informed the Village of DeForest that they did not receive WI DOT grant monies for the proposed improvements to the public Daentl Rd. ROW also proposed for attachment in ordinance 2023-018. Thus, that ROW territory was subsequently attached to the Village with a 07/04/2024 effective date. Full legal descriptions for each territory are included in the 10/02/2024 Clerk's Certificate's items 5 and 8 respectively. - Jim Y.
