The Village of Lake Hallie, Chippewa County had no prior split-territory in Eau Claire County. The Village annexed Town of Seymour territory in Eau Claire County for the first time via this annexation ordinance with prior Town of Seymour approval per WI Stats. s.66.0217(14)(b). A new Village of Lake Hallie, Eau Claire County DOA Code and DOR Code are both "18128" based on this ordinance's adoption action. - Jim Y.
